From vision to practice: Full Bliss strengthens beauty and bets on the circular economy at FILDA 2026
Luanda, July 2026 — At FILDA 2026, the Luanda International Trade Fair, Full Bliss Angola presented an Angolan industry growing on two fronts: a strengthened beauty line and an ever-stronger commitment to the circular economy, in line with the country's environmental policy. Behind both lies the company's defining trait — a vision that got ahead of what was coming.
A BET THAT CAME BEFORE THE LAW
Full Bliss Angola firmly supports the Government's decision to ban single-use plastic bags thinner than 50 microns — and it does so with conviction, because it had long been preparing for that path. Rather than wait for the law, the company invested early in innovation and research and development, reorienting its production toward products of higher value and greater environmental responsibility. It was from that forward-looking bet that its current lines were born — from hairpieces to drip-irrigation tape and recycled-plastic products. Today, that vision positions Full Bliss as a partner, not an obstacle, to Angola's environmental goals.
A STRENGTHENED BEAUTY LINE
At the fair, one of the company's most visible faces was its beauty line, now reinforced. Under the Lumalux Hair Beauty brand, Full Bliss showed hairpieces and braids with a natural look and good durability, designed for different styles and for the comfort of those who wear them. Visitors got to know the range and the points of sale: Loja Kikuxi, on Via Expressa do Kicuxi, next to Shacman, and Loja Kikolo, at Shopping Lindeza, unit E08.
THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY, UNDER PLANEPP
The second front — and the heart of the company's strategy — is the circular economy, in line with the Government's National Plan for the Progressive Elimination of Plastics (PLANEPP). Full Bliss recovers and recycles plastic (PET, HDPE and LDPE) and runs a PET and film buy-back point on Via Expressa do Kicuxi, opposite MDC, paying on the spot. Building on that effort, the company has been strengthening the research, development and production of two product families:
Environmental hygiene — the bin-liner line, from 15 to 240 litres, strong and leak-free, and this edition's new addition: biohazard hospital waste bags, marked with the biological-risk symbol, for clinics and health units.
Agriculture — packaging bags for the farming sector, nursery grow bags, and drip-irrigation tape (2,000 m roll, 20 cm spacing, Ø 16 mm, 0.20 mm thickness, max. pressure 1.0 bar, flow 4 L/h), joined by micro-sprinkler tape for wider-coverage crops. Also on display was the panel for the 600-hectare Florescente agricultural project.
Reinforcing these lines reflects an industry that is growing, replacing imports and producing locally with environmental responsibility.
MADE IN ANGOLA
All of this is produced in Luanda, with Angolan labour. 100% national production, local job creation and a circular economy serving the country and Angola's environmental goals sum up the mission the company condenses into a single line: "From waste to well-being."
